We are La Suisse Vitale
Little things, such as nice long walks, rainy days, growing veggies in our garden and meeting joyful people makes us happy. Both of us aspire to become better versions of ourselves each and everyday. We love to learn new things and find the best way of living a healthy and conscious life.
Our wish is, that people live more consciously,
move more consciously,
eat more consciously
and be more conscious of the environment.
We are happy to accompany you on your journey to achieve this.

Plant Based Nutrition Counseling
Fruit and Vegetables are our medicine.
Nature’s pharmacy consists of a diverse wealth of healing, soothing and preventive active ingredients, in which each fruit, herb and tuber contributes with its own touch.
"We live in an odd time where people who are health-conscious and compassionate in their food choices are often called crazy, while others are considered normal whose food habits cause disease and immense suffering."
Instead of getting standard tips and tricks from a magazine you’ll get a clear overview on what you need.
We are happy to support you in adapting to a vegan lifestyle.
